As we all know, airlines worldwide are continuously coming up with new rules and regulations. You can book PIA flights to a certain place at one time, but on the next, you can’t. The same is the case with countries opening and closing their borders because of the global Pandemic.

Any country that experienced a significant decrease in COVD-19 cases opens its borders. But due to multiple reasons, the covid-19 patients start to increase, and the borders are closed again. The same happened in many countries, especially in the United Arab Emirates, where many Pakistani citizens are stranded. That’s because they can’t find cheap air tickets or even business class to come back home.

That is why to rescue them, Pakistan International Airlines has planned a program of 32 PIA special flights, and the progress on this program has already been started. If you are stuck somewhere outside the country, it will be your chance to get back home before Eid Al Azha.

PIA Special Flights Programs

Recently, Pakistan International Airlines has announced that it has started a program that will allow people to book PIA special flights to Pakistan. There will be 32 flights that will fly from Pakistan within this week to bring back all the Pakistani citizens stuck overseas. People are stranded in other countries because of the changed COVID-19 restrictions that took place immediately. The officials make this announcement, and the work on the program has already been started. People stuck abroad can now book cheap air tickets with Pakistan International Airlines to come back home.

Details of the Pakistan International Airlines Special Flights Program

According to the officials of Pakistan International airlines, this program will be operated over five days. The main reason to start this program that will allow people to book PIA special flight tickets is to bring back all the stranded Pakistani citizens before Eid Al Azha. The Eid is due on 21st July 2021, and the very first special PIA flight has already taken off from Pakistan on 12th July 2021. Moreover, the last flight will take off on 16th July 2021.

Destination of the Special PIA Flights

According to the official sources, five of all the Pakistan International Airlines special flights will travel from:

• Qatar
• Muscat
• Dubai
• Lebanon
• Abu Dhabi
• Other Gulf nations

Moreover, 11 of the total flights had been extended for the Saudi Arabian route for the Pakistani citizens stuck there.

The Pakistan International Airlines management agreed to conduct eight special flights of PIA to Tashkent from the Central Asian States, while one would depart from Bishkek. Similarly, from Monday through Friday, there will also be PIA special flights to Kabul.

PIA has also announced that during cheap air flights, all passengers should thus completely follow normal operating measures triggered by a coronavirus. They also added that individuals who come to the airport to collect their relatives must also follow the regulations.
